While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are some occasions you may want to return item(s). Shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable. BBL is not responsible for items lost in transit. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for a refund under our 30 day return policy.    Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you receive a defective item or you've ordered wrong bulb size, please contact us at Returns@blinkingbrakelights.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective back to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
